We had an awesome lunch at Shaggy’s (shout out) and played at the beach down the parking lot from there. Well, we had lunch reservations in Pass Christian and the front desk had my cell phone number so we left. she said I’ll have a supervisor contact you. Then- we discovered that the towel in the bathtub was soaked when my son was going in to use the bathroom so I went to the hallway attendant and asked her why our towel would be soaked and was our room cleaned? She checked her list- which I could see and ours was the only room that was circled. Hiya! So… grandma is visiting from California and wants to go swimming so we search hotels with pools within an hour or so drive of New Orleans as my mom cannot stay in a car for more than an hour and out pops Hollywood Casino with a pool and Lazy River.Įxcellent! Perfect! So we book and confirm 2 queen beds 2 weeks ahead of arrival- yes I confirmed 2 days ahead of scheduled arrival date.Ĭut to- day of arrival Darcy is very sweet - checked us in and made us feel welcome- gave us recommendations for dinner and we went up-įirst impression- nice- for what we paid.
